FOREPLAY TO MAKING LOVE

THE ART OF SEDUCTION

A Player is not someone who gets theirs and leaves a trail of broken hearts. A Player is not someone who jumps from one shallow bed to the next. A Player is that person who lives life like a legend, puts a woman into a passionate romance and works his job like he built the company. This Player, in particular, has covered the globe as a photojournalist. Camera in one hand and laptop in the other, I’ve seen the best and the worst across time zones and international waters. Through these travels, I learned the foundations of how to play.
Defined as the act of enticing someone into a desired state or position,Seduction is a portion of the game that forever requires leveling up. Seduction is not lying. Seduction is not moving in on the drunken girl, and it is not nagging a woman to death. Seduction is an art; seduction is a skill. And seduction is what Players-in-training will learn in this article. The art of seduction, that is.
Some misconceptions about seduction focus on looks, money and lines. A man could be Adonis himself, but if he believes that he doesn’t need seduction because of his perfect teeth and chiseled body, he is wrong — and he’ll sleep alone for a long time. If a man thinks the role of cash in his pocket puts him in the role of lothario, he’ll find his bed as cold as his cash. Last but not least, lines will lead a man anywhere but to seduction. Seduction is founded in confidence. A man without self-confidence is not a Player . Without inner strength, a man will fall back on cheap pickup lines and lame game to try and trap a lady. Being honest is much more alluring to women, and a man who is grounded, solid and aware of who he is and what he brings sets him ahead of the pack.
Watching Flamenco dancers in Portugal under torchlight, I found myself sipping sangria and talking to a woman. I was honest and confident. I asked her questions about who she was, where she was from and why she was there. I took interest in her and showed it. There was no need for lines or bull, and this exotic beauty invited me back to her room. What happened afterward would make for a great article itself, but Players don’t play and tell. And anyway, we’re not here to talk about European escapades; we’re here to learn how to be seductive.

Elements of seduction

Understanding the fundamentals of seduction is key to developing your skills in the art. Remember, like any art, learning how to swoon and romantically persuade is an ever-growing, ever-evolving set of abilities. Do not abuse these skills; cultivate them.
Physical Attraction
Be clean, well-dressed and well-groomed. You do not need to be Bradd Pitt  , but you do need to look your best. There is no second chance at first impressions. When you look your best, you act your best.

Tip: Hygiene cannot be stressed enough. If you lack fashion sense, that is fine. You’re here to learn. Consider good shoes, pressed shirt and pants, and a classy watch. Class goes far toward seduction.

Hone your seduction skills with these tips...
Harmlessness:
By nature, at that first meeting, a woman worth your time will be wary of you. Do not appear dangerous (this is not high school, Mr. Bad Boy) and do not expect her to give you the keys to her place. She will be cautious, and she will be worth it.

Tip: Smile, but do not leer. Do not ogle her or objectify her body. Keep your mind on listening and engaging her, because a woman will know if you are ignoring the words coming out of her mouth for her cleavage.
Charm:
Seduction can be broken down into an equation: 10% projection of success, 10% appearance, 10% intelligence, and 70% charm.

Tip: Charm is another art. It means making a person aware that you feel good about them. You exude feelings of interest, of enjoying their company and of paying attention without asking or expecting anything from them. A key charming gesture  is making eye contact. If seduction and charm speak at a deeper level, then the eyes are truly windows to the soul. Getting to her body starts with getting to her mind.

Intellectual Magnetism

A woman will want a man’s mind before she will want his body. Ladies are mental and emotional rather than visual and physical.

Tip: Ignite a woman’s mind. Engage her thoughts and emotions with questions about who she is and her opinions. Do not interview her but provoke thoughtful conversation. Avoid discussing sex or previous relationships. Give her your unbridled and focused attention. Remember Barcelona?  I do, and so does a young lady halfway around the world.

Emotional Seductiveness
Women are creatures of emotion — hence the estrogen hormone. You can raise a woman's interest level in you by making her feel those warm and fuzzy feelings.

Tip: I have only four words for you: excitement, excitement, excitement, and spontaneity. Make her adrenaline rush without stalking or scaring her, and she'll be addicted to you.

Chivalry
They say that chivalry  is dead. While untrue, this myth can work in your favor when you open a door, pull out a chair or perform another act of a well-trained gentleman. It will shock a woman into a state of absolute interest and put her on the path of seduction.

Tip: Learn etiquette, for that is the true foundation of a gentleman. Conduct yourself with the best manners, and that means going beyond holding a lady’s hand as she steps over water or holding open the door for her. . Many women have not seen this kind of chivalry in years.

Spirit of Essence
Essence is a blending of all the aforementioned elements. Insert the choices, opinions and ideas that make you who you are, and you’ll be on the way to learning the art of seduction.

Tip: Sincerity is the key to unlocking seduction. In the spirit of essence and the traits you exhibit, be genuine. People, especially women, can see through false interest easily. You do not want to appear insincere while you are engaging someone.

Greatest turn-ons

Seduction does not end in the bedroom. That is merely the beginning of it. Ricardo Montalban, the epitome of smooth, was quoted as saying that any man can seduce multiple women but that a true man knows how to keep one woman happy for the rest of her life. Truer words were never spoken. Keeping your lady involved and interested is based on providing the fuel to her ongoing flames. Here are four tips that will help you keep your woman seduced long after that first night.
Make her feel beautiful
Fulfilling her desire to be desired is a major point for continued seduction. Any woman wants to know that she is attractive. Tell her she is beautiful sporadically and without provocation. Avoid using this before you initiate sex so that it is not a tool but a truth.
You're pleasure-oriented
Having her pleasure  the end goal will truly turn her on. It will let her know that you are doing more than serving your own interest. It will remind her that in addition to being confident and secure, you are also fun and considerate.

Give her all the pleasure she desires
Pleasure her sexually until she cannot stand it. Do the things that her girlfriends wish someone does for them. Let her blush with the knowldege that her man has taken her to new heights of pleasure without her begging or nagging him. When a woman is pleasured, she will reciprocate in kind — and maybe more.

Orgasmic variety
Your thrust is not enough. A woman’s entire body and mind is an erogenous zone, and her G Spot  is all over. Stimulating her thoughts is the first step to stimulating her sexually. Her orgasm starts anywhere from breakfast in the morning through love notes at lunch to the bedroom that night. By the time you actually touch her, her orgasm should be moments away.

anyone can master the art of seduction

With the aforementioned tips, you can raise your Player game with the art of seduction. Confidence, honesty and a slow reveal will lead you to a new level of pleasure. Like any art, seduction takes time and practice. Seduction is smooth; Seduction is about the mind, not the body. Remember the words of Michelangelo, a great master of craft, who said: “A man paints with his brains and not with his hands.” Art class is over, start painting and don’t hate the Player.

HAVING SEX SAFETY SEX BEAUTIFUL SEX

You know safe sex is necessary, but can it be fun, too? Add some excitement with colorful condoms, fuzzy handcuffs and new positions and locations.

Intimacy, orgasms, genital herpes, chlamydia, hepatitis, HIV/AIDS … sex today is a complicated mix of pleasure and pain. What are we to do, if not abstain? Become wise in the ways of safe sex.
Let's be clear on one thing first. We're talking about safer SEX, not safe sex, and that's an important distinction. There's no such thing as 100 percent safe sex, but there are ways to make sex safer -- safer from infections, Sexuality Transmitted Diseases (STDs)  and unplanned pregnancy.
Estimates by the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) state that Americans are contracting 19 million new STD infections each year . Some STDs such as herpes and human papillomavirus (HPV) can be passed to a partner through skin contact, not just intercourse. An ABC News "Primetime Live" poll that asked Americans about their sexual habits found that 47 percent of single adults under the age of 30 worry about becoming infected with HIV/AIDS or another STD . And as it turns out, they have cause to worry. The CDC finds that genital herpes, for example, affects about one in six Americans over the age of 14, making it one of the most common sexually transmitted diseases in America
If statistics like that make you feel unsexy, pay attention. Practicing safe sex doesn't have to mean sex becomes less fun or won't feel as good. It's all the pleasure and (hopefully) none of the disease. First, let's talk about one of the best ways to make sex safer: using condoms.

10: Use Condoms

The Female Condom

The female condom really hasn't caught fire in the safe sex market yet. Just like the male condom, it's made of latex, but this type of condom is a pouch, not a sheath, shaped to fit inside the vagina. How good is it? When used correctly and consistently the female condom is as effective as male condoms. Like male condoms, studies have found female condoms don't provide much protection against HPV, the virus that causes genital warts and is linked to cervical cancer

Use a condom: the clarion call of safe sex. We've been inundated with slogans such as "No glove, no love." Condoms reduce the risk of transmitting Sexuality Transmitted Diseases (STDs) , but no form of contraception can offer 100 percent protection. They reduce transmission of HIV by 85 percent and genital herpes  by about 30 percent. Studies vary on how effective (or not so effective) condoms are at protecting you from syphilis, gonorrhea and chlamydia, but those studies do show that condoms offer some level of protection .
But that's when you use them consistently, from beginning to end, and not just for part of the act. Condom usage among unmarried Americans ages 15 to 44 is at about 14 percent  We can do better than that, especially since so many varieties line the shelves. Choose flavored, colored, ribbed, lubricated, you name it, and it's probably out there for you, including various sizes and shapes, too. You can even cut open condoms and use them as dental dams for safe oral sex with women.
Allergic or sensitive to latex? Don't give up on condoms. Versions made from polyurethane, not latex, are available. While they're considered less effective in minimizing your risk of spreading or contracting STDs -- their comparative effectiveness is still being studied -- they are considerably better protection than no condom at all.

9: Use a Lubricant

Wetter is better, especially when it comes to sex. Vaginal Lubrication  is key to sexual pleasure for both men and women, and sometimes there just isn't enough. If sex is too dry, it can cause irritation and pain. Enter lube.
Lubricant comes in a few forms: water-based, silicone-based and oil-based. Water- and silicone-based lubes are the best with condoms. Never use an oil-based lubricant with a condom -- the oil will interact with the latex and cause it to break down.
You can purchase lubricants in a variety of flavors, from spicy to sweet; there are options for the chocoholics out there, too. Some cause warming sensations, some make you tingle, and if you're looking for an icy blast, pick up a cooling lube.

8: Get Tested

By the Numbers

Men and women have different rates of STD transmission. Let's look at 2008 statistics for chlamydia, an STD with all-time high transmission rates. According to the CDC, women had almost three times the reported infection rate (0.6 percent of the population) of men (0.2 percent of the population). Sexually active 15- to 24-year-olds have infection rates five times higher than the overall population, regardless of gender.

OK, so getting testing for STDs is neither fun nor sexy, but knowing you're infection-free can go a long way to easing any anxiety you may have about sexual performance or disease transmission. Anxiety doesn't make sex fun.
Be sure to schedule regular (annual) checkups with your doctor to be sure your body is running in tip-top condition from head to toe, including your sexual and reproductive health. Women -- whether hetero- or homosexual -- should visit their gynecologists annually. Those visits should include pelvic exams and Pap smears to help detect bacterial and viral STDs so you can get treatment, if needed.
While no routine STD testing for men -- like the Pap for women -- exists, the CDC does recommend that men who have sex with men get tested annually for HIV, chlamydia, gonorrhea and syphilis. And anyone who has nonmonogamous, unprotected sex should have an annual HIV  screening.

7: Build the Anticipation

When you want to spice up your sex life, try setting the mood with candles or leaving a flirtatious message for your partner.

Having sex is fun, but so are all the things that lead up to the act itself. We're talking about all the things that aren't penetrative sex -- and by sex, we mean vaginal intercourse, oral sex and anal sex.
Use your seduction skills  by leaving a sexy voicemail or text message for your partner, detailing what you have in store for him or her after work, or what you'd like to have done to you.
Also, take the time to set the mood -- both the mood of the room and your partner's mood. Light candles or unwind with a massage. Take the time to enjoy your partner's body by exploring and teasing -- put an emphasis on foreplay. And with good reason -- the Journal of Sexual Medicine reports that the "optimal amount of time for sexual intercourse 3 to 13 minutes"

6: Get Out of the Bedroom

Sex on the Beach

If pop songs are the answer, then sex on the beach (or in the dunes by the bay) can make for one hot encounter. While sex on the beach may sound fun, consider all the places you'll find sand after the deed is done, before you peel off your swimsuit. And don't forget sand fleas. Maybe with this one it's better to stick with the drink of the same name.

Sleep experts recommend we use our beds only for sleep and sex. But what if we just used our beds for sleep? Add a little bit of naughtiness to your sex life by trying out new locations for your sexual exploits.
In 2004, an ABC News "Primetime Live" poll found that 57 percent of Americans have had sex in a public place or outside, and 12 percent have had sex where they work. Are you among the sexually adventurous who have sex outside the bedroom? Whether it's in the shower, on the couch or in a secluded but still public spot -- make sure it's secluded or risk an indecent exposure charge -- sex can be more fun when you feel like you're misbehaving.

5: Try New Positions

There's nothing wrong with a favorite, go-to position that makes your toes curl, but there's also nothing wrong with breaking out of your habit  and spicing things up with a new position. Maybe not all of the 64 sexual activities described in the Kama Sutra are your taste, but something as simple as switching who gets to be on top (or side or behind) can increase pleasure and sensation. The angle of penetration  that a new position may offer might just add to your enjoyment, and trying something new with your partner may increase your intimacy with each other.
While that new position may not work out, it will still be fun to try something out of the ordinary. And if at first you don't succeed ...

4: Make a Toy Box

Who's Using Toys

According to a study on the use of sexual aids conducted by The Berman Center, 44 percent of American women ages 18 to 60 have used a sex toy. Most women who use sex toys are in relationships (78 percent): 43 percent of those women cohabit with their partners but aren't married, and the remaining 35 percent are in relationships but don't live with their partners.

The television show "Sex and the City" is famous for many things, including making the Rabbit vibrator a hot commodity, but if you haven't yet explored the world of sex toys, consider incorporating them into your sexual escapades to increase pleasure and intimacy with your partner.
To find toys, visit a local store to check out options, or browse discreetly online to see what might be right for your tastes. Fill your box with items -- think vibrators, dildos, feathers, massage oils, flavored or warming/cooling lubricants and a rainbow of condoms -- that will enhance the sexual experience for both you and your partner. Keep it in the bedroom, under the bed or in a nightstand for easy access.
Remember to use condoms and give your toys a good scrub after use to avoid bacterial invection and STDs. Some toys, such as glass, stainless steel and silicone ones, are dishwasher safe. Stick to antibacterial soap and water when cleaning hard plastics, though.

3: Share Your Fantasies

Is there something you've always wanted to try but haven't? Or maybe your partner has some fantasies that you haven't explored? Talk about what you have in mind and see what you're both comfortable with.
Fifty-one percent of people surveyed in the ABC News "Primetime Live" poll admitted they talk to their partners about their sexual fantasies, and of those who share fantasies with their partners, 44 percent are happy about their exciting sex lives. Whether it's role-playing or costumes, trust us: You're unlikely to be distracted about whether or not a condom  feels good when your partner is dressed up in something sexy.

2: Engage in Sex Play

Body Buffet

Introducing foods to your sexual experiences can be either a turn-on or turnoff, so be sure to talk to your partner before drizzling honey anywhere. Most foods are OK to experiment with in sex play, but just as you'd stay away from oil-based lubricants, you want to stay away from oils that could potentially break down the latex in condoms.

According to recent surveys, 42 percent of Americans consider themselves adventurous in bed, and among the 55 percent of people surveyed who considered their sex lives to be traditional, three in 10 want to be more adventurous. So how do you up the excitement?
While it's not for everyone, engaging in sex play can add a little extra adventure and excitement to safer sex.Whether it's sex games like a few rounds of strip poker, an adult version of truth or dare, some light bondage with a blindfold and handcuffs (or a men's tie), or a little whipped cream, sex play can break you out of vanilla sex and heighten both pleasure  and sensation.

1: Focus on Pursuing Pleasure and Intimacy

Having a fulfilling sex life requires intimacy and trust, which kissing helps build.

Focusing on the trust and intimacy  you're building with your partner, rather than worrying about unplanned pregnancy or contracting a sexually transmitted disease, lowers your anxiety level and makes your sexual experiences more fun. Kissing and orgasms both increase the level of oxytocin, a chemical our brains release that causes us to feel good and helps build long-lasting attachments.
Keep a positive attitude about safe sex -- if you go into the experience expecting it to be less than stellar because it's safe, your attitude itself may ruin yo

FEMALE VIRGINITY

  • Virginity

Most people would say that a virgin is someone who's never had sex — and by "sex," they often mean penetration of the vagina by the penis. This dictionary definition sounds simple enough, but it leaves a whole bunch of people out of the picture.
There are a lot of straight people who don’t think of themselves as virgins because they’ve had lots of other kinds of sex, like oral sex and anal sex. And then there are all the lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender (LGBT) people who may never have penile-vaginal sex, but who hardly think of themselves as virgins.
Many people define sex in broader terms. For some, "sex" means vaginal, oral, or anal sex, while for others, it could mean mutual masturbation, manual stimulation (“hand job”), dry humping, or using sex toys to penetrate the vagina or anus. Lots of people feel that they "lose it" the first time they share an intimate sexual experience with someone else — not simply the first time penetration happens.

Some also believe that people have to give consent to lose their virginity — that virgins who are raped, for example, do not lose their virginity.
  • Hymen Elastic
The hymen can be stretched open the first time a girl has vaginal intercourse. Women may experience some pain or bleeding the first time they have vaginal intercourse if the hymen is stretched.

Some people, and some cultures, believe that a woman whose hymen has been stretched open is no longer a virgin. But having a hymen and being a virgin are not the same thing. There are other ways that a woman can stretch her hymen, including using tampons, insertive masturbation, riding a bicycle, or doing gymnastics. And some girls are born with so little hymenal tissue that it appears they have none.

  • No, the hymen cannot grow back once it has been stretched open. The hymen is a thin, fleshy tissue that stretches across part of the opening of the vagina. The hymen can be stretched open the first time a girl has vaginal intercourse.

Some people believe that a woman whose hymen has been stretched open is no longer a virgin. But having a hymen and being a virgin are not the same thing. There are other ways that a woman can stretch her hymen, including using tampons, insertive masturbation, riding a bicycle, or doing gymnastics.
  • Hurt in having s sex?

Some women experience pain the first time they have vaginal intercourse. They may have so much hymenal tissue  that stretching it open during first intercourse may cause pain and bleeding. Women with a lot of hymenal tissue can prepare for first intercourse by slowly stretching the tissue with their fingers.

Guys do not have hymens, so this is not an issue. Sex should not be painful for them unless something is wrong. For guys, pain during sex can be caused by an infection, an allergic reaction to spermicide or latex, by a physical condition such as having a foreskin that is too tight, or by an irritation from previous sexual or non-sexual activities. If a guy is experiencing pain during sex, it's a good idea to make an appointment with a clinician to check it out.

  • No. Most people agree that using tampons does not cause a woman to lose her virginity. For most people, today, losing virginity is about sex, not about personal hygiene. Tampons may stretch the hymen a little bit, but they don't usually stretch it open all the way. Nevertheless, in some cultures, where the hymen defines virginity, virgins are not allowed to use tampons.
  • Lose virginity

There's no such thing as a "normal" age for becoming sexually active. Deciding whether to have sex is a highly personal decision. It can be influenced by a variety of factors, which may include religious, spiritual, and moral beliefs; family and personal values; personal desire; peer influence; and/or your relationship with a potential sex partner. It's important to think about where you stand on the issue. Here are a few questions to ask yourself before you decide:
    • Do we both believe or not believe that sex should only be shared in a marriage or other committed relationship?
    • Do we both believe or not believe that two people should be in love before having sex?
    • Do we both believe or not believe that a person should be a certain age before having sex?
    • Are we both prepared to prevent unintended pregnancy and sexually transmitted infection?
    • Are we both prepared to deal with the consequences if pregnancy or infection occurs?
    • Are we both prepared for our relationship to change?
There are no right or wrong answers to these questions. Sexual decisions are a matter of personal beliefs and values, but it's important to think them through before you take the plunge. And things might go better if both partners agree about what it is they are doing and what it means to them.
Talking about your views on sex with your partner is always a good idea. And sometimes it's helpful to talk things through with a parent, a friend, a professional counselor, or someone else who cares about you and what will be good for you.
  • Can you get pregnant?

Yes, if you're having unprotected vaginal intercourse you can get pregnant — whether it is the first time or the one hundred and first time. That's why most people use birth control the first time they have vaginal sex.

GET ORGASM MORE AND MORE

FEMALE ORGASM

  • Turn Her on With Your Talent

The best sex starts long before the clothes come off. Talent—more than rugged good looks or a chiseled midsection—is a powerful aphrodisiac, according to research by my colleagues at The Kinsey Institute. (Less surprisingly, poor hygiene and a messy home are among women's biggest turnoffs.)

So nail "Paradise City" during karaoke. Or make her die laughing at your self-deprecating display of atrocious dartsmanship. Yes, humor is a talent, too.
  • When She's Naked, Speak Up

Women who worry about the way they look down there are less likely to orgasm easily during oral sex, according to my research. And a recent study published in the Journal of Sex Research suggests that women who feel embarrassed or ashamed about their bodies have less sexual experience and are less sexually assertive.

Clearly, you have everything to gain with flattery. If you love the way she looks naked—and you do, right?—share the news.
  • Always Be Tender Up Top

During foreplay, gently brush the tops, bottoms, and sides of her breasts; these areas are actually more sensitive than an unaroused areola and nipple. Gradually move in toward her nipples, paying attention to how she responds. As things heat up, the nipples will become flushed with blood, and the sensory receptors will become primed for direct stimulation. You'll kickstart the bloodflow and lubrication down below, starting her slow buildup.
  • Learn Her Key Strokes

One thing many women love during manual stimulation: a slow buildup. Here's how to do it: Lie next to her, lightly bracing the heel of one hand just above her clitoris. Now run your ring and middle fingers along the length of her outer lips. Graze the skin at first, adding pressure as the tension builds. Cup the area around her clitoris with your palm to add indirect stimulation—most women are too sensitive to receive direct contact early on. As she becomes aroused, brace your hand on her mons—her pubic mound, the fleshy area that covers her pubic bone—and tease the clitoris with the middles and tips of your fingers as you move your entire hand. (Feeling adventurous?
  • Change Your Angle

Play Ponce de León and explore various types of penetration to figure out what turns her on most. Your first stop: her G-spot, located about 1 to 2 inches up the front wall of her vagina. This spongy region swells during arousal. Try massaging the area slowly with your fingers. A lot of women find it mind blowing. Not her thing? Just move on.
  • Use Moves that Multitask

To maximize her pleasure, increase the amount of contact you'll have with her most sensitive parts. Here's one move that will drive her wild: Ask her to lie on her back, with her legs stretched out. Now climb on top. Curl your arms around her shoulders, supporting yourself with your elbows and moving your chest up by her chin. The goal is to bring the base of your penis in contact with her clitoris. Thrust slowly, focusing on up-and-down movement instead of in-and-out penetration.

Another great trick: Move your pubic mound in a circle or up and down against her clitoris. You'll get a break from high-intensity stimulation, and she'll receive focused attention where it often matters most.
  • Learn to Sense Her Orgasm

Ease into oral sex—don't just attack. First kiss her inner thighs and her inner and outer lips, then work your way inside using firm, broad strokes with your tongue. Watch her hips for a clue to the rhythm she likes. Listen to her gasps and moans as you experiment with different techniques.

And watch for signs she's close to climaxing, such as a subtle deepening in the color of her labia caused by increased bloodflow. Or rest a hand on her stomach and feel for the muscular contractions that immediately precede her orgasm.
  • Follow Her Lead

Once you reach your point of no return, you'll climax even if you're interrupted by a tuba-playing, thong-clad Bea Arthur. But your lady could hit the "off" switch if you stop or change moves midway to orgasm. We love it when you try new things, and it's important to vary your technique, but once you've found a winner, stick with it until she crosses the finish line.
  • Let Her Finish First

Stalking the elusive tandem orgasm is an admirable goal, but many women—especially those with sensitive clitorises—respond better to a "ladies-first" strategy. If you rub the clitoris for a long time—during thrusting, for example—it can become too sore or desensitized to respond to manual or oral stimulation later. So satisfy her before intercourse.

Bonus: A woman's orgasm threshold drops after her first one, so it's often easier to bring her to climax through penetration after she's already had one. How does that sound for an encore? (Still wondering why she's not getting off?

    MAKING LOVE POSITITONS
Listen up, gentlemen. It’s time to start pleasing  your ladies. A recent study from Indiana University found that 85% of men said that their partner had an orgasm when they had sex—while only 64% of women said that they themselves had one. Oof. Bottom line: while you think you might be pleasing her, more often than not, you’re missing the mark . “Women know that most guys want them to reach O-land, and they don't want to disappoint,” says Dorian Solot, a sex educator . “So all too often, women fake orgasms, or just let their partner assume they had one.” If you want to guarantee the real deal, stick to these nine positions that will work every time.

    1. Missionary
According to sex experts, women get the most pleasure out of basic missionary sex. “Interestingly, when we surveyed women, good old-fashioned missionary position was the overall favorite. There's nothing fancy about it, but women said they loved the closeness and the intimacy of having their partner's weight on them,” says Solot. But in order for position to be most effective, Los Angeles-based sex expert and radio host Lora Somoza  says to make sure you’re entering her at the correct angle. “By going in diagonally—rather than straight in and out—there’s more friction for clitorial stimulation, which is best, since that’s how most women achieve orgasm.”
    2. Reverse Cowgirl
In this position, the man is either lying down or in a sitting position, and the female straddles him backwards — facing his feet instead of his face. It’s a key position that also allows easy access to the clitoris, says sexologist and sexuality educator Megan Andelloux . “Because of the easier clitoral access, this position is the one that is most likely to facilitate an orgasm because direct clitoral stimulation is easy to engage in.”
    3. Doggie Style
Doggie style is a great position for the woman because it allows her to have optimal control. “She is able to adjust her range of motion for an angle that feels best,” says Amy Levine, a sex coach and founder of Ignite Your Pleasure . “He can likely stimulate her G-spot and have access to her clitoris with his hand, her hand or a toy, like a small bullet-shaped vibrator.” Sexologist Gloria Brame  , Ph.D. also stresses the importance of clitoral stimulation while in the doggie style position. “She will rarely have an orgasm if you’re not doing something manually in front at the same time,” she says.

    4. Girl on Top
Another position that allows her to have the most control of her orgasm is when she’s the one on top, facing forward. But Somoza explains that it still needs to be a joint effort. “You can help her by moving her hips up and down. It’s a communication thing,” she says. Levine adds that when the woman is on top, “she’s in control of the depth and motion, as well as having easy access to her clitoris for pleasure.”
    5. Spooning
If your lady doesn’t prefer deep penetration, Andelloux suggests spooning. It’s also good “if you’re into lazy morning Sunday sex playtime. It concentrates on stimulation of the front portion of the vagina or rectum, which is where the most nerves are located in the genitals.” Andelloux explains that spooning is pleasurable because it creates a tighter fit in the vagina and rectum, so if a woman is looking for more stimulation from her partner’s fingers or penis... spoon away.
    6. Crisscross
According to Marshall Miller, a sex educator, this is another great position for clitoral stimulation. “Both partners are lying down. The woman is on her back and the guy is on his side. She has her legs draped over his middle like a giant X,” he says. “Since your bodies aren't squished against each other, either you or she can reach down to rub her clitoris, what most women need to reach the Big O.”
    7. The Pillow Technique
Many sex experts agree that positions often become more pleasurable for a woman when a pillow or blanket is added to create a new angle of entry. In missionary, Levine says to “put a pillow under her tush to give a pelvic lift. That can also help the man rub her g-spot with his penis.” Dr. Brame says it’s a tip that is often underutilized, and that you can even use furniture or yoga props. “Certain angles for some women won’t be comfortable,” he says. “Ask her what is working for her.”
    8. Coital Alignment Technique
This position, created by psychotherapist Edward Eichel, is considered by many to be the “greatest sex position in the world.” Start in a normal missionary position with your full body weight on top of the woman, not resting on your elbows. Move forward so that the base of your penis (your pubic bone) is making direct contact with her clitoris. Her legs should be around your thighs and you should be moving together in a rhythmic, rocking motion. “Some swear that this position allows for the closest physical connection and the best clitoral stimulation based on his positioning,” says Levine.
    9. Ankles Up
“When you’re on top of somebody or flat, you can’t always achieve full penetration,” says Dr. Brame—which is why adjusting her leg positioning allows for deeper contact. “You have to put her ankles up over your shoulders. It allows you to go as deep inside of her as possible and hit her G-spot.” The same deepness can also be achieved by her bending her knees or placing the soles of her feet on your chest.

YOUR SECRET IDENTITY IS IN YOUR FINGERPRINT

YOUR FINGERPRINT IS YOUR WINDOW POTENCY

Fingerprints are personal identification that can not be there like it. If the world's 6 billion people alive, then there are 6 billion fingerprint patterns that exist and have not found someone who has the same fingerprint with others. Because of its uniqueness, the fingerprints used by police in the investigation of a criminal case (forensic). So in the event of a crime, crime scene will diclear up and forbidden for anyone to enter because of fear it would damage the criminal fingerprint that may be left on the existing evidence at the scene.

There are three types of fingerprints of Whorl (circle), Loop (hook) and Arch (arc). The properties or characteristics possessed by fingerprints is parennial nature of strokes on fingerprints attached to human life, immutability which means that fingerprints person will never change unless a condition is serious accidents thus changing the fingerprint pattern existing finger and individuality, which means the uniqueness of fingerprints is an originality that can not be equal owners with anyone on this earth once in a identical twin.

The science of fingerprints is dactyloscopy derived from the Greek meaning dactylos fingers or fingers and scopein line, which means observing.

Uniquely, the fingerprints can also be used as a guide to identify how a person's potential, so we can know the actual or potential talent so we can accommodate our potential for the type of jobs are best suited to our talents are. Method of identification can be done by naked eye with the person expert in his field, or some are using a special tool fingerprint reader (finger print reader) connected to a computer which then analyzes specific bersoftware based on the points is the reference. As for who can be identified is about a person's control logic, reflexes and brain development. About the form and the fingerprint pattern consisting of three types above have distinctive characteristics, namely:

  • Whorl (circle) is the principal form of fingerprints, has two deltas and at least one circular line in the pattern area, walk in front of the delta. This type consists of Plain Whorl Whorl, Central Pocket Whorl loop, double loop and Accidental Whorl Whorl.
  • Loop is the principal form in which prints one or more lines coming from one side of the painting, ramp, touching or crossing an imaginary line drawn between the delta and the core, stop or inclined towards the side of the original stop.
  • Arch is the principal form of fingerprints that all the lines coming from one side of the painting, flow or tend to flow to the other side of the painting, with a bumpy ride in the middle.

Introduction Fingerprint Test

FT (fingerprint test) aka fingerprint reading test is a method based on dermatoglyphic, science hundreds of years old. FT is the genetic blueprint.

Dermatoglyphic from the Greek, derma means skin and carved glyphs that are science-based theory of epidermal or skill ridge (lines on the surface of the skin, fingers, palms, feet up). Dermatoglyphic have a strong science base for research supported since 300 years ago.

The researchers found the epidermal ridge has a relationship with the scientific nature of the genetic code of the brain cells and the potential of one's intelligence. The study begins by Govard Bidloo in 1685. Then, successively conducted by Marcello Malpighi (1686), JCA Mayer (1788), John E. Purkinje (1823), Dr. Henry Faulds (1880), Francis Galton (1892), Harris Hawthorne Wilder (1897) and Noel Jaquin (1958).

Beryl B. Hutchinson in 1967 wrote a book called Your Life in Your Hands, a book about hand analysis. Finally, the results of research Beverly C. Jaegers (1974), the fingerprint is reflected in the characteristics and psychology of a person. Their results have been demonstrated in the field of anthropology and health.
Fingerprint Test Phase

To check your intelligence through fingerprints, palm originally photographed with a camera that is connected on the monitor screen. Furthermore, the ten fingers scanned on an instrument resembling a computer mouse. The way is by putting the tip of each finger in turn. At that moment, the tenth of your fingerprint has been recorded in a computer. Later, an FT analysts will analyze it.

The results of a detailed analysis can only be given 5 days later, waiting for the results of laboratory analysis in Singapore. In Indonesia there is not a special laboratory for this FT.

When the full results of the fingerprint record is given to the patient, the team psychologist ready to explain its meaning. For information, describe the vision of the little finger. Ring finger symbolizes the hearing. Middle finger touch by touch, balance, movement and coordination of the hands and feet. Index finger as a process of information (left hand for the logic, the right hand to mind). Thumb to think and make decisions.

FINGERPRINT PATTERNS
There are three main fingerprint patterns: arches, loops and whorls.
Arches are found in about 5% of fingerprint patterns encountered. The ridges run from one side to the other of the pattern, making no backward turn. Ordinarily, there is no delta in an arch pattern but where there a delta, no re-curving ridge must intervene between the core and delta points. There are four types of arch patterns: plain arches, radial arches, ulnar arches and tented arches. Plain arches have an even flow of ridges from one side to the other of the pattern, no “significant up thrusts” and the ridges enter on one side of the impression, and flow out the other with a rise or wave in the center. The ridges of radial arches slope towards the thumb, have one delta and no re-curving ridges. On ulnar arches, the ridges slope towards the little finger, have one delta and no re-curving ridges. Tented arches have an angle, an up thrust, or two of the three basic characteristics of the loop. They don’t have the same "easy" flow that plain arches do and particularly have “significant up thrusts” in the ridges near the middle that arrange themselves on both sides of a spine or axis towards which the adjoining ridges converge and appear to form tents.

Loops occur in about 60-70 % of fingerprint patterns encountered. One or more of the ridges enters on either side of the impression, re-curves, touches or crosses the line running from the delta to the core and terminates on or in the direction of the side where the ridge or ridges entered. Each loop pattern has is one delta and one core and has a ridge count. Radial loops are named after the radius, a bone in the forearm that joins the hand on the same side as the thumb. The flow of the pattern in radial loops runs in the direction of the radius (toward the thumb). Radial loops are not very common and most of the time radial loops will be found on the index fingers. Ulnar loops are named after the ulna, a bone in the forearm. The ulna is on the same side as the little finger and the flow of the pattern in a ulnar loop runs in the direction of the ulna (toward the little finger).

Radial Loop                      Ulnar Loop
Whorls are seen in about 25-35 % of fingerprint patterns encountered. In a whorl, some of the ridges make a turn through at least one circuit. Any fingerprint pattern which contains 2 or more deltas will be a whorl pattern. There are four types of whorl patterns. Plain whorls consist of one or more ridges which make or tend to make a complete circuit with two deltas, between which an imaginary line is drawn and at least one re-curving ridge within the inner pattern area is cut or touched. Central pocket loop whorls consist of at least one re-curving ridge or an obstruction at right angles to the line of flow, with two deltas, between which when an imaginary line is drawn, no re-curving ridge within the pattern area is cut or touched. Central pocket loop whorl ridges make one complete circuit which may be spiral, oval, circular or any variant of a circle. Double loop whorls consist of two separate and distinct loop formations with two separate and distinct shoulders for each core, two deltas and one or more ridges which make, a complete circuit. Between the two at least one re-curving ridge within the inner pattern area is cut or touched when an imaginary line is drawn. Accidental whorls consist of two different types of patterns with the exception of the plain arch, have two or more deltas or a pattern which possess some of the requirements for two or more different types or a pattern which conforms to none of the definitions.

SPIRITUAL ENERGY HEALING

ENERGY HEALING

Energy healing comes in many forms, as varied as the number of energy healers. You can heal with your hands, your eyes, your voice, your energy field, your full body, your intention. This page, however, will focus on using your hands to heal.
Although you will want to study and practice to become proficient, this page presents a few basic hand-based energy healing techniques to get you started.
With these techniques, you should feel comfortable starting to work with simple healing and wellness issues for yourself and close family and friends. However, you should not practice outside your immediate circle (and certainly not professionally).

Preparation
Go into a healing with your vibration at the highest level possible.

The Power of Intention
No matter what form healing takes, intention is at its base. Our intention is unbelievably powerful, and much more important than any specific energy healing techniques we use. Setting an intention to heal, to support the client's (whether it's you or another person) highest good, to remain non-attached to outcome--this is the foundation of all other healing work.
Always start with these intentions, and also ask the client what her or his specific intentions for the healing are. S/he does not necessarily have to share them with you.

The Healing Power of Presence
Along with intention, simple presence -- mindful witnessing -- may be the most deeply transformative practice available to you as a healer and a self-healer.

The Power of Suggestion
As an energy healer, the power of suggestion is a potent tool that you need to use consciously and positively.

Basic Energy Healing Techniques

Scanning the Field
Scanning involves passing the hands over the energy field, a few inches to a few feet away from the physical body, to pick up information and assess the field.
With open palms turned toward the client's body, move your hands along the front of the body, starting about 4-5 inches away. Generally move from the feet to the head. Stay relaxed and be open and aware to sensations in your hands. You might feel buzzing, hot, cold, bumps, dips, pushing, pulling, or many other sensations. You may get intuitive information, or you may just feel drawn to particular chakras or areas of the body. Just notice--don't try to interpret or diagnose.
Still Hands
One of the most basic of all energy healing techniques is to use the still placement of your hands to clear and modulate imbalanced, "stuck," or disharmonious energy.
With your hands on the physical body or in the field, you simply hold your hands still or move them very slightly over an area where the energy feels disturbed. Your intention here should be to return the energy to balance, flow, and coherence. At some point, the energy will feel smooth or harmonious again, or you will get the sense that it's time to move on.
If it does not resolve in a reasonable length of time, it may be that the disharmony is a necessary part of a larger process of healing. In that case, release it to a higher wisdom and move on.
This is a very natural process. For example, everyone has hurt themselves and automatically placed their hand on or held the hurt place. That's an instinctive form of modulation. Reiki is another form of energy healing that relies a lot on modulation.
Sweeping or Smoothing Hands
This basic energy healing technique uses the hands in motion to smooth and clear the field when it feels disturbed, ruffled, buzzy, rough, blocked, in turmoil, or otherwise disharmonious and imbalanced. It helps return the energy to its natural state of movement, flow, and harmony.
To do this, simply move your open palms repeatedly in a sweeping, smoothing motion through the field, approximately 6 inches to several feet above the body. Generally speaking, move your hands from above the area you are working on, to well beyond it.
A sequence that often works well is to sweep the whole field for a while, then to turn your attention to particular places that seem to need extra support (such as an area of pain or injury or a place where the energy feels disturbed), and then to end by sweeping the entire field again for a while. You can often feel the energy smooth out as you work with it.
Energy Pump
When excess energy has collected in an area of the body or field, the hands can be used to "pump" or "drain" the energy off, helping to rebalance the area. This can be particularly useful for headaches, wounds, and other types of pain.
Place your right hand (if you are right-handed) in the field above the area of pain or excess energy. Hold your left hand out and away from you, pointed toward the ground.
Hold the intention to pull the excess energy into your right hand and send it out into the earth through your left hand. You may be able to feel the flow of energy. If you feel the flow of energy slow down before the client's pain has diminished significantly, you can gently "pump" your left hand, making a gentle fist and opening it back up again several times in fast succession.

Magnetizing
An energy healing technique to pull unwanted energy out of the field (e.g. the energy of another person, of a drug, of an illness, of a traumatic experience, etc.), is to use your hands like magnets.
With your hands in the field above the area that seems to need this treatment, set the intention to pull the unwanted energy out of the body and/or the field. Visualize or feel it being pulled out the client's body/field and "sticking" to your hands. Every so often, flick your hands toward the earth to get rid of the energy.
If you want to treat the whole body/field, repeatedly pass your hands through the field along the whole body, in most cases moving from above the head to beyond the feet. Imagine the unwanted energy sticking to your hands. Use your hands in a rake-like fashion (with your fingers or energy-fingers acting as the tines of the rake). Every so often, flick your hands toward the earth to dispel the energy collected on your hands. Often you will feel the client's energy become very smooth. This is very similar to smoothing the field, but with a slightly different intent.

After-Healing Selfcare
Just as important as the energy healing techniques you use for others are the techniques you use to care for yourself. After the healing, wash your hands up to your elbows in cool water. If you feel you have inadvertently taken on the pain or energy of your client, here are some things you can do:
  • Get outdoors and take a brisk walk.
  • Say characteristics about yourself out loud. (e.g. "My name is Nancy. I have gray hair and am 55 years old. I have a dog named Buddy. I love to write and support people on their healing path. Etc.")
  • imagine your essence as a small, beautiful light, flame, or jewel inside your body/field. Locate it somewhere in particular (e.g. your heart, your abdomen, your head…). Visualize it growing and expanding, first to fill your body, then to fill your field. As it expands, visualize or know that it pushes out of your body/field anything that is not of you.

Of course, if you can find a teacher to help you learn these and other basic energy healing techniques, that's ideal. But if you can't, the techniques above, plus the other pages in this section on energy healing basics (links below) should be enough to get you started. For more advanced energy healing techniques, you should definitely have an experienced teacher with a developed light-body.Remember to stay relaxed and amused. Hold a high intention, but don't feel the need to know or interpret anything. Just do the work and know that good will come of it, even if you can't know the exact form that good will take.
Also, be aware that if something that feels like an energetic disharmony will not resolve in a reasonable length of time, it may be that the disharmony is a necessary part of a larger process of healing. In that case, just set an intention to support the healing process, without feeling the need to "fix" it. Being humble and having a perennial "beginner's mind" is a big part of doing this work.
